Hello! Welcome to our Frequently Asked Questions section.  Below is a list of answers to some of the most common questions. We hope you find this section helpful, however if you've any other questions or concerns that we've not covered in our FAQ’s section, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to answer to your queries.


  1. Do you offer discounts?

Yes! When you subscribe to our Newsletter we offer you a 10% discount, on your first order, at the time of joining and once you join us we keep you informed on the upcoming discounts and also keep you updated with all the new products and new deals. We also offer a 15% discount to all local non-profit companies and a 15% discount to all military and first responders.


  1. How secure is my online shopping? Will my data be protected?

Your data is secure with us and we take steps to ensure that all our customers are protected. All transactions with Panhandle Promos are SSL encrypted.


  1. What is the procedure to get my promotional products made?

This can be accomplished in two ways.

  1. Fill out our quote request form and we will contact you within 24 hours. Once we have reviewed your quote request we will contact you and ensure we get all the information needed (artwork, imprint specifications, etc.). Once we have everything needed to process the order we will send you an official quote for approval. (RECOMMENDED)
  2. Simply follow the order procedures on the product page. Please provide all information necessary to complete the order (see our Submitting Artwork section for all Artwork requirements and specifications). This process will expedite your production time, although if you’re not familiar with promotional product ordering we highly recommend you contact us before placing an order.


  1. Can I return the product if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

We don't accept returns, but we will make an order right if we deem that there was an error in production or if there was a defect with your product(s) after delivery. Please call us within 7 days after delivery to report product deficiencies.


  1. How long does the delivery take?

Please allow 12- 15 business days after your order has been processed. You will be notified, once the order has been processed and when the order ships (tracking number included). There are rush service options available on many of our products, if you need your promotional products order expedited please let us know while placing your order (additional charges may apply). Please note that the delivery time may vary during holidays.


  1. Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major payment methods as Visa, Master Card, American express, Discover and PayPal.


  1. Can I amend my order?

Yes! With our Worry-Free Ordering program all orders are sent to us before payment is processed. This means we will reach out to you before beginning production and if you would like to amend your order, we will make it happen.

Worry-Free Ordering was put in place because we know that ordering promotional products online can be daunting. We eliminate that stress by allowing customers to place orders without immediate payment. You won't pay us a dime until you are 110% comfortable with your promotional product order.


  1. Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes! We offer shipping worldwide. Please note that International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.


  1. Do I have to order the minimum quantity? 

Many of our items are available for purchase under the required minimum quantity. Ordering under the minimum quantity is subject to additional charges. Contact us for more details.


     11. Can I get my order delivered to a different address?

Yes! When ordering please specify an alternative address where you want your delivery. You need to mention the different delivery address in the Order Notes.


     12. Can I see my product(s) with my logo on them before I buy?

Yes! Virtual proofs are always free of charge. Please contact us for details.
