When you subscribe to our Newsletter we offer you 10% discount, on your first order, at the time of joining and once you join us we keep you informed on the upcoming discounts and also keep you updated with all the new products and new deals.
Your data is secure with us and we take steps to ensure that all our customers are protected. All transactions with Panhandle Promos are SSL encrypted.
This can be accomplished in two ways.
No! Since the products are all customized to the clients needs we do not accept any returns.
Please allow 12- 15 business days after your order has been processed. You will be notified, once the order has been processed and when the order ships (tracking number included). There are rush service options available on many of our products, if you need your promotional products order expedited please let us know while placing your order (additional charges may apply). Please note that the delivery time may vary during holidays.
We accept all major payment methods as Visa, Master Card, American express, Discover and PayPal.
You can add items to your order until you confirm payment details and complete your order. Once completed you cannot amend your order.
Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed or cancelled online. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is placed. This timeframe makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order; however, we'll do our very best to support your request. Yes! We offer shipping worldwide. Please note that International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Many of our items are available for purchase under the required minimum quantity. Ordering under the minimum quantity is subject to additional charges. Contact us for more details.
11. Can I get my order delivered to a different address?
Yes! When ordering please specify an alternative address where you want your delivery. You need to mention the different delivery address in the Order Notes.
12. Can I see my product(s) with my logo on them before I buy?
Yes! Virtual proofs are always free of charge. Please contact us for details.
